1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Maison Cabrière is a business in the hospitality industry.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and confirmed by e-mail. (for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc.
3. Payment, Cancellation and Refunds policy
Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 30 days before arrival. Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival. In case the cancellation will be in the 30 days of arrival the total price of 100% will be charged. In the event of a no show the guest will be charged 100% of the booking. In case of a refund Maison Cabrière will refund within 30 days.
Maison Cabrière shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Boutique Cabriere (Pty) Ltd bank account:

We regrettably do not accept American Express, Diners. We can accept (ZAR) international transfers however any applicable bank fees will be at the guest expense. Please always remember to use your surname and booking arrival date as reference when doing a bank transfer.
6. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Maison Cabrière via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
7. Customer details separate from card detailsCustomer details will be stored by Maison Cabrière separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to https://www.paygate.co.za.
8. Merchant Outlet Country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Maison Cabrière takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Maison Cabrière chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 49-51 Cabriere Street, Franschhoek, 7690, South Africa.
Maison Cabrière may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Arrival and Departure Times
- Check-in between: 14:00-18:00 pm
- Departure is at 11:00am daily
We do try to assist where possible for an early check-in however this cannot be guaranteed. Should you require a late check-out please arrange this prior to your arrival, a late check-out fee is applicable to all departures after 11:00am.
