We’ve made Franschhoek our home and can’t wait to share its delights with you.

The dream for Maison Cabrière was born in 2015 in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, when we decided to leave behind our corporate jobs to embark on a new adventure in South Africa. Over the space of three years, we transformed two adjoining properties in Cabriere Street, Franschhoek, opening the doors of Maison Cabrière for the first time in October 2018. Together with our wonderful staff, we personally welcome guests, check on all the small details and share our favourite local places.
