With the warm spirit of the Cape Winelands, our reimagined spaces reflect a considered blend of modern luxury and classic comfort. With just six suites and a commitment to thoughtful detail, Maison Cabrière is designed to slow you down, inspire connection, and celebrate the art of savoir vivre.

Maison Cabrière has always been a special place — a peaceful retreat that feels more like a beautifully curated home than a hotel.

In reimagining the experience, I wanted to honour its original charm while introducing a new level of refinement and comfort. What we’ve created is a sanctuary for those who appreciate the finer things: slow mornings, thoughtful interiors, meaningful moments. My hope is that every guest feels the care and intention behind each detail — and leaves feeling rested, inspired, and connected.

The interiors at Maison Cabrière have been re-envisioned to embody the spirit of understated, classical luxury — inspired by grand European homes, but softened for the relaxed rhythm of Franschhoek. Think refined architectural details, natural materials, curated antiques, and layers of texture that feel both elegant and inviting.
